Diabetes Classes at St Mary's
Group classes meet every Friday from 1-2
PM. They are FREE and open to everyone. You do not need
to register for these classes. Each series includes 8 weeks
of classes, and covers all aspects of taking care of your
diabetes. Guests are welcome as well.
You do not need to start with Week 1 - you are welcome to start
with any of the classes. We meet in the classroom on the 4th
floor of 2235 Hayes Street.
