With the Lifeline personal response service,
you can continue to live independently at home, knowing that help
is just a push of a button away. The Lifeline Emergency Response
System is easy to use and provides you with quick assistance
whenever it is needed. Lifeline is there for you when others can't
be.
Simple to
use
When you need help, just press the button on your Lifeline pendant
or wristband to automatically call for help. Within seconds, a
certified Lifeline professional will respond via a speaker-phone
unit in your home to find out what you need. Our caring and highly
trained professionals can assess the situation and summons the
appropriate help, whether it's a neighbor, a relative or emergency
services. If you are unable to respond, Lifeline will send help
immediately. The Lifeline Response Center is open 24 hours a
day, 365 days a year.

When we receive you order, one of our staff
members will call to set up an appointment in your home to train
you and your loved ones on using the Lifeline Emergency Response
System.
Cost
$45 per month includes the Lifeline service and equipment. There is
a one-time $50 installation fee. Use the Lifeline service for as
long as you like. There are no long-term contract commitments or
additional equipment charges.
Equipment
considerations
The location of the telephone jack and outlet in your home is very
important. The telephone jack must clip in and out of the wall, and
must be located on the same wall as an electrical outlet. The
telephone jack and electrical outlet must not be more than five
feet apart. Also, there must be free access to all outlets. Our
installers are unable to move furniture.
